"Pros: Modern appartment, very nice hotel, it is a complex of buildings in the Euphoria Club hotel. You can add extra breakfast or also Spa access with extra payments. The room is modern and the owner was quick in answering our questions.
Cons: There were 2 problems: 1. Three days before arrival inked the property to prepare the room for 2 children. Nothing was prepared. My children had no linens to sleep in, and I waited for 45 minutes for some “company” to bring us towels and linen for children. Also I did not know how to set the sofa bed for children and I was an afraid to break the bed! The room also was not 100/100 clean when we arrived and i sent out photos to the owner, who was very polite and cooperative at the beginning. 2. The next day I asked toilet paper and shower gel from the owner. He did nothing. I begged for some paper at the reception and the gave me 1 free piece, although section C is not maintained by the hotel itself. I don’t believe that the owner did all this in purpose, i thing he was well organised for a family like us. I hope the owner is better prepared next year and that he has all required object for a 4-people stay."

"Pros: Nice modern and well located.. Overall a pleasant stay!
Cons: There was no problem with the Studio, but if you book the appartment and stay with a family, be sure you have ageeed and discussed all matters like cleaning, toilet paper, shampoo and sofa-bed preparations with the owner. The owner needs more time and effort to maintain this beautiful appartment in a better way…"

"Pros: We had an amazing stay at the chalet in Borovets! The place was cozy, stylish, and had beautiful views. It was 3 min away from the slopes, which made skiing so easy. Marinos was friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. After a day on the snow, coming back to relax by the fire was perfect. Highly recommend – we’ll definitely be back!"
