"Pros: Excellent location, host always able to answer queries and offered paid pickup and drop off from Sofia. Great facilities including indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna which were a great addition. Perfect after a day on the slopes. Walking distance to Bansko ski lift and more rental shops. Cons: One of the single beds sunk a bit too much so my friend couldn’t sleep on it and ended up sleeping on the sofa bed." ~W
