"Pros: Spacious apartment. Beautiful view from the balcony. Calm. Fireplace is working. It was up to +26 at daytime, it was not hot inside. Washing machine did work, despite the label (but you need to open and after close the water valve, to open the machine you need to switch it on and press orange button). Good communication. Self check in, flexible check out. Cons: Just keep in mind it is 5th floor without elevator, was not a problem for us." ~Ivan

"Pros: Very cosy apartment, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is at walking distance from gondola, it took about 10-15 minutes to reach the main Bansko ski lift Cons: We had to use the air conditioner for heating the living room and this was causing a constant noise in the room - we had to turn it on during the night as well because it was quite cold during our stay. You can park in the street, but the area is kind of crowded and it seems that some local are not very happy with the tourists, we found our windshield wipers lifted." ~Cristian
