"Pros: An overall great experience. The room is big enough to accommodate 2 adults and a child, there is a nice kitchen with all needed appliances and a balcony big enough to have breakfast there. Also, we had plenty of towels, robes, slippers and so on. And on top of all that, the hotel spa was extraordinary. In terms of location, the complex is about 10 minutes walking distance from the gondola. The area around it is a bit poor in terms of restaurants, shops and so on, but then again it's not crowded, not many cars, a good place for a "walk around the block". The host was very fast with replying to our messages and we appreciated the restaurant suggestion. Cons: All was ok" ~Victorsmeu

"Pros: Food it was great with very nice services! I reccomand having brekfast and dinner. They serve various dishes on buffet. We always found clean table, even it was crowded. We appreciate the room cleaning every day! Cons: Beds were too hard for us, but we had a clean room, new furniture, and great view. We were not used to have heating with airconditioning, but it was very efficient." ~Pytero
