"Pros: Overall, an amazing stay. When I contacted the property manager, she said the photos don't do the place justice - and she was absolutely right. Person met us at the property, gave us the key and a rundown of everything in the place (although there are so many amenities that you always have more questions). Vastly spacious living room and a HUGE backyard allow you do whatever you see fit as a group. Comfortable rooms (some with private balcony), any items you might need be it for the SPA or otherwise. Unrealistically stacked kitchen - we had a generous BBQ (which the house also has) and the amount of cooking/serving appliances available are honestly mind boggling. 24/7 hot pool (not a tub), sauna, steam room, sunbeds, massive speaker, well kept garden with trimmed bushes and beautiful flowers, bidet, having their own brand of products (shampoo, towels, etc.) - honestly, it's too much to list here. All the little details you might or might not have thought of are covered (e.g. chains running from the gutters to create a path for the water). Really give the word "luxury" a meaning The host replied to any of my follow up messages within minutes. Highly recommend staying here. "Pros: Villa Chalet Everest absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had a very big apartment with a stunning view of the mountain. The kitchen was fully equipped. We had a fireplace which created a very romantic atmosphere. The beds were very comfortable too. The chalet has this great outdoor water basin which is filled with natural thermal water - it is fantastic! We spent a lot of time in the ‘bucket’ (as we called it) - you can see the pictures - they are very realistic and will give you an idea. In addition, if you want to go to the SPA, just make sure to pre-book in any of the spa hotels nearby. In addition, our host was very nice and accommodating. He waited for us at arrival, made sure that we are happy with everything and was available to contact at all times if we needed anything. Even though Villa Chalet Everest doesn’t have a restaurant, there are good options in both Banya and Bansko. We went every evening to have dinner at Restaurant Kristina which was 15 min walking and offered excellent food; you just need a reservation because it is a small restaurant. Also, you can always order food to Villa Chalet Everest, the host provided the necessary menu and contacts, but we preferred to go out for dinner. Cons: n/a" ~Stanislava
