"Pros: It is very, very close to the gondola (I was there for skiing. The apartment is huge, plenty of space, you may have a large family and still everyone will fit inside. I could park my car inside the apartment complex, no extra payment. Cons: The walls are rather thin, you can hear all the noisy neighbours from upstairs. But after a day of skiing I felt asleep pretty quickly :). The main thing that can be an issue is the rooms have electric heaters, it is warm and pleasant but I couldn't dry my ski clothes and accessories: boots, gloves etc." ~Florin
