"Pros: We stayed at Hotel Grami for five days with my wife and granddaughter, and everything was absolutely exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to the owners for their warm hospitality and care – you can truly feel that this hotel is run with love. We booked the all-inclusive package and were very satisfied – the food was varied, delicious, and fresh, and the restaurant staff was always kind and attentive. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool, which was perfect for cooling off and relaxing on warm days. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the entire hotel was very well maintained. The location is excellent – peaceful, yet close to the center of Bansko. Free parking is available, which was a great convenience. We highly recommend Hotel Grami to anyone looking for quality accommodation, a pleasant atmosphere, and outstanding service. We would gladly return!" ~Nebojša
