"Pros: Very nice ski in / out appart, in a quiet area, close to Gondola (4-5 min walk in boots), very close to restaurants (we recommend The House and Station) and shopping area (Mall at 5 min); well equipped kitchen, good for a family with kid; warm appart, also with washing machine. "Pros: Solid two bedroom two bathroom option for people who are looking to stay within 5 minutes' walk to the gondola station to the Bansko ski resort. Comprehensive kitchen amenities, washing machine with drying function, drying rack, a very basic hair dryer, spacious, and an exceptionally clean apartment. Host is friendly and responsive to emails. There are two balconies, one at the living room, and another one is at one of the two bedrooms. For the two bathrooms, one is in the common area, and another one is in the ensuite. We got placed on the top floor (fourth floor). From our bedrooms, our windows face the North side, so we can have a nice view over the mountains and a peek at the queue for the gondola. The living room overlooks the West side, where you will see other apartment complex. Cons: Would've been nicer if the television has streaming function. It only comes with a HDMI cable which can potentially be connected to your personal laptop. The television does not have any TV channels. One of the toilet cisterns is faulty and takes around 45 minutes to be filled with water, so you can hear the streams of water throughout this period. I opened the lid to the toilet cistern myself and tried to fix it, so I did not have to invite the host to come repair. Hope the host can upgrade the toilet cistern for the next stay. Overall, a good option if you prefer an apartment with kitchen amenities over a hotel." ~Samuel
