"Pros: Comfy with two separate rooms, good view on Todorka, 4th floor and elevator, warm and easily configurable heating, comfy bed and couch, clean and good furnitures, close to gondola (walkable), free and always empty (wild) parking, close to center with restaurants, cafes, markets, building with lounge bar." ~Veljko
"Pros: The location was perfect. It is close to the gondola and restaurants. The apartment was lovely and warm and fully equipped with everything we needed. There were 2 night robes provided for guests. Good communication with the owner. All in all, a great stay.
Cons: The swimming and sauna are not included in the price. It is at an additional cost of 45 bulgarian lev per person. So we did not use this as it was too expensive. The hotel receptionist wasn't too friendly. There was a small leak at the back off the toilet in the bathroom, which needs to be repaired as it makes the bathroom smell. The lift was a bit temperamental, so we took the stairs most of the time, and the apartment was on the 3rd floor. However, this did not affect our stay and we still had a great time and a comfortable stay." ~Tammy
"Pros: Neat little apartment, well laid out and close to centre of Bansko and to the gondola. Modern fittings and kitchen, Netflix tvs in lounge and bedrooms. Very, very clean.
Cons: Small things let the apartment down - no spare pillows or blankets, heaters went off on day 2 and although the hotel eventually switched them back on, communication about this was not ideal. (There were two plug in wall heaters and the owner did organise to have another one delivered). Coffee machine but no pods ( and very odd size that we could not buy in Bansko). Apartment advertised as having access to the spa and heated pool but were told by reception cost for this was 30 lev per person (so we didn’t use it). Also the overall complex was almost deserted - but I guess for some this might be a plus. And finally communication with the owner felt a little impolite - this is most likely due to language and cultural barriers." ~Sue
