"Pros: Neat little apartment, well laid out and close to centre of Bansko and to the gondola. Modern fittings and kitchen, Netflix tvs in lounge and bedrooms. Very, very clean. Cons: Small things let the apartment down - no spare pillows or blankets, heaters went off on day 2 and although the hotel eventually switched them back on, communication about this was not ideal. (There were two plug in wall heaters and the owner did organise to have another one delivered). Coffee machine but no pods ( and very odd size that we could not buy in Bansko). Apartment advertised as having access to the spa and heated pool but were told by reception cost for this was 30 lev per person (so we didn’t use it). Also the overall complex was almost deserted - but I guess for some this might be a plus. And finally communication with the owner felt a little impolite - this is most likely due to language and cultural barriers." ~Sue
