"Pros: We liked everything about the hotel. The front desk attendant was respondent to every request. The included breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a terrific assortment of exercise and relaxing facilities: saunas, steam bath, swimming pool, large jacuzzi and workout facilities all included without additional cost. The town of Bansko is very attractive and a relaxing place to spend our last 3 nights of nine in Bulgaria, the most under rated of 40 countries I have visited! Cons: We liked everything we experienced at Hoyel Tanne as well as nearby restaurants." ~Dan
