"Pros: Very close to the gondola and markets. - The apartment has a private underground parking lot. - Everything was clean in the apartment (bedsheets, towels, floors, bathroom, etc.) - Self checkin with clear instructions. - The apartment was spacious, perfect for a family with kids. - The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and eating. - Plenty of heat in the rooms (electrical heaters). - Good value for the money. Cons: The hot water in the boiler was not enough for 3 persons. We needed to take a 5 minute shower per each person to be sure the hot water is enough. - The beds were not very confortable (the bed in the bedroom had old matresses with springs and the extensible couch in the living room was very hard and instable). - The coffee machine was not working." ~Dana154
