"Pros: The appartment has 2 quite spacious rooms and a spacious kitchen/dining room/sitting area. There are shops and a nice park in the area, as well as a play ground for children. There is an elevator in the building. It is at walking distance from the centre. The appartment is in an older, residential part of Bansko (which is nice as the area around the gondola is completely empty during the summer); you need to take the car to the gondola and ski area.
Cons: The description contained "2 bathrooms with shower or bath". It turned out to be 1 bathroom with a shower and a second "bathroom" with only a toilet (so 1 single shower, no bath). The bathroom is very small and has no shower cabin so everything is wet once one person has taken a shower.
There is a factory next door that started its noisy activity at 6 am on weekdays; we didn't sleep very well."

"Pros: I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel. However - there is no elevator and had to carry the heavy suitcase to the 3rd floor. All door handles and sink were loose - a bit of adjustment is needed.
Food was generally good - 3 types of salads, 3 types of main dish, 1 soup.
The spa starts from 15 to 20 - a indoor pool, a steam bath and a sauna. Generally clean."
