"Pros: To start with - the location is excellent. Right next to the gondola lift so you are ski-in and out every day. The rooms are spacious, super clean and most importantly very warm. The host is very helpful, we had someone meet and greet us and even helped us to arrange an airport transfer prior to arrival. The price was very reasonable, too. Bonus* We travelled with a one year old, and the host left a big stuffed animal toy next to the baby's crip, which was absolutely wonderful for our baby to have during the week. Cons: Every single thing about this property is great! I travel a lot and rarely say that." ~Lora

"Pros: very good location, I recommend the Thai massage, not cheap but worth it. There are shops and restaurants nearby. a hundred meters from the ski lifts you can go skiing right away in full equipment. good communication with staff. I traveled in my car, for the first time I can say that a car is not needed there, next time it’s better by plane. Cons: The room is very small (for one and for this price it’s ok) but there are a lot of unnecessary things that make it even smaller." ~Ivan

"Pros: • Clean apartment equipped with everything you might need for a short stay • Great location ~ 3 min walk from the gondola lift entrance (perfect for skiing) ~ around about 15 min on foot from Bansko center ~ a restaurant in the building and a bunch of stores, pharmacies, cafes, bars around • Helpful host (great communication and easy check-in and check-out) Cons: The living room bed isn't the most comfortable since it's a sofa converted into a bed but yeah it is what it is" ~Boris

"Pros: The location is very close to the gondola, which is amazing. One of the radiators was not working properly, but the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, it was a good experience. Cons: The only minus was the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils, some of them were not clean Also a mop is needed." ~Armin
