"Zalety: Byliśmy z przyjaciółmi (4 pary, każda z dwójką dzieci więc było nas sporo)- miejsce super,mnóstwo przestrzeni, dom wygodny, plac zabaw, domek na drzewie, jacuzzi, sauna, dzieci były przeszczęśliwe i my też. Jedyny minus tego wyjazdu to kontakt z opiekunami domu - bardzo nieprzyjemny. Przez cały nasz pobyt pozostawali w domku zaraz obok na terenie posesji, czego nie byliśmy świadomi wcześniej i nie do końca nam to odpowiadało (zdarzyło się też, że Pani Opiekunka weszła do nas bez zapowiedzi/telefonu; Pan Opiekun prosił np żebyśmy na noc nie zostawiali kluczyka w zamku po zamknięciu drzwi żeby w razie potrzeby mógł do nas wejść - było to niekomfortowe). Byli kontrolujący i niejednokrotnie nieuprzejmi, mamy wrażenie, że zbyt chcą we wszystko ingerować - problemy były „tam gdzie ich nie było” (np z prośbą o dodatkową kołderkę dla maluszka). Na początku od opiekunów dostaliśmy również informację, że nie będziemy mogli korzystać z jacuzzi, czego później właściciel nie potwierdził i normalnie mogliśmy ostatecznie z niej skorzystać. Cennik usług był nie do końca jasny i przy samym wyjeździe były z tego powodu nieprzyjemności. Myślę, że dobrą praktyką jest wysyłanie wiadomości za pośrednictwem bookingu zaraz po rezerwacji ze wszystkimi przydatnymi informacjami nt regulaminu i sposobu naliczania dodatkowych kosztów (np czy za saunę płacimy jednorazowo, czy za każde „dorzucenie” do pieca - tutaj było to już liczone jako kolejna sesja). Kontakt z właścicielem bardzo dobry - łagodził sytuację. Ogólnie wyjazd oceniamy bardzo dobrze, jest to na pewno miejsce warte odwiedzenia i myślę że duże ekipy będą zadowolone, zwłaszcza jeśli dopisze pogoda:)" ~Adrian

"Pros: Great quiet location in a small village Big house with 4 bedrooms with decent mattresses Clean and tidy house, 2 bathrooms are convenient for larger groups bookings Nice garden with many amenities (fireplace, barbecue, playground for kids, volleyball etc) Close to the lake Place is fully fenced so safe for little kids and dogs Cons: Although it is stated that up to 12 people can sleep there, the property is not really prepared for more than 8 people at last. Kitchen/living room area is not suited for large groups of people (only 6 chairs for the table, small sofa (2-3 people max) Booking was for 10 people but outside only 1 table for 6 people is available, same with deckchairs - only 1(!) was available Tableware/cutlery - too few for the amount for people that the property is described and may be booked for - cups, glasses and plates are not replaced/added if needed. No towels and bed covers available at the place (I would prefer for them to be included in the price and not having to bring them with me or pay additional price for something so basic if you rent a place to stay) Mosquito nets are only installed on random windows, no mosquito net on the door to the "deck" area, which is basically a main entrance and used all day long. As the property is in the countryside there are a lot of mosquitoes, flies etc inside and because of that - fruit files on food, ceiling, everywhere. It is not a big investment and would improve the comfort so much. Closing the windows when the sun goes down is not fun after a long sunny days." ~Pawel
