"Pros: The apartment was clean and spacious. The location was great as it was close enough to walk to town but not in the crowded, noisy center. It was awesome to have parking, a full kitchen that was outfitted properly, and two bathrooms. The community was gated and had security, so we felt very safe. Cons: It wasn't easy to pay as the link kept rejecting my credit card (maybe because it was from the USA) and it took time to get legit assistance since it is initially a bot that replies to the whatsapp number. The pool was not clean until the day we left. Given the location of the apartment in the gated community (upstairs next to the guard station) we had very little privacy. Perhaps they can put in a wall to separate it. The housekeepers for the community were also hanging out in in our personal outdoor area since they stored all of their supplies in a closet under our apartment." ~Rachel

"Pros: Comfortable room, very good breakfast. A good location for this part of Pipa, and secure offroad parking. Cons: For the price (compared to other accommodation in Pipa at the same time of year) I was expecting a higher standard of accommodation and surroundings. The garden was very dry and not very well maintained when we visited, which differed from the photos we saw online when we booked." ~Ruth

"Pros: we are not people who enjoy stereotypical hotels but rather something more integrated with nature, a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of tourism, laid-back, and a place which is clean and well attended to by the staff. Everyone of the staff were exceptional, very attentive and delightful. Staying there for one month we felt like family. breakfast is included here and is very delicious with a great variety of fruits, cereals, eggs if you wish, etc. Cons: we have only positive comments about our stay and this property." ~N
