"Pros: The location was ideal. The location in the city and the location of the unit in the building. It was an end unit, which made it very private. I could have the curtains open to enjoy the ocean view, without anyone being able to see in the room. Any other room in the front would not have the same level of privacy. It was just one block (uphill) to the center of Pipa. I've found that buildings close to the main street can have a lot of noise. This unit did not have any of the noise from the main Street, although on the weekend there was live music from a nearby restaurant.
The bed was very high quality and comfortable. The shower was hot with good pressure. The view was amazing. It was probably less than 50 steps to get in the water from the front of the condo building. I would be happy to stay here again."
