"Pros: in the house: It’s a perfect functional architecture. Very well designed for comfort, not luxury. The execution of the project is not so good, and a lot of cheap materials was used. But nothing that compromises the use. The bathrooms are pretty good. There are 2 balconies. With the windows open there were no need for air conditioning or fan.
The house is very near the beach and that is a big plus.
Owners live in the floor below, which is a very good advantage for good users like us.
Cons: I missed more towels hangers in the bathrooms. I missed cutting boards in the kitchen, as well as a coffee filter. Pillows could rest under the sun for a day or two before arrival, since any seaside house has to fight mold smell."

"Pros: We were there end of March, for 3 nights, just before Eastern, so the occupation was small and district of Juquehy was not so crowdy.
Breakfast was according to expectation, could have a bit more choices of ham and cheese types.
Juices were really made freshly from fruits and sugarfree.
Pool was refreshing, a bit small for swimming.
Around 6 minutes from beach by an almost direct foot path. There are around 6 sets of 2 sunshaders and 3 or 4 resting chairs sometimes including a small table, with Pousada's lable costfree and no need of reservation.
During the above mentioned period it was possible to park our car close to the beach at any time.
We also tried the bar and restaurant at night. Mojito and watermelon juice were perfect, sandwiches and a portion of mandioca were also well prepared.
Whole people very nice, friendly and forthcoming.
Cons: In general, whole Pousada is kept clean and maintained. We cannot complain.
Complaints from a very high level of requirement:
- details on bath room, like slightly clogged shower drain and 3 or 4 hairs in the bathroom;
- we missed the small tables at the beach on our second day."
