"Pros: I enjoyed the area very much. The area is quite calm for Sao Paolo. We are very sensitive to noise and we would come back there for this reason. We had some noise one or another day because of the direct neighbors of the room. This is also a room that is rent, so it really depends who comes there, nothing the owner here can do about. The cleaning lady came everyday to check if everything was ok.
