"Pros: Overall, my stay was fine! I had a gigantic room and bathroom, which honestly felt pretty luxurious for a solo traveler. And the two cats? Absolute legends, super cute and definitely the highlight of the stay. Cons: That said, the vibe was… inconsistent. The hostess flips from very friendly to not-so-friendly in seconds, which can be unsettling, especially when your Portuguese is still under construction like mine. I was doing my best, but communication was a struggle. There was also some confusion about my booking, they thought I was only staying one night, even though that wasn’t the case. So when I didn’t check out, things got awkward fast. It got sorted in the end, and the hostess was friendly again when I left, but it definitely left a weird taste in my mouth.
