"Pros: We had an amazing experience with this host! Due to a mistake on our part, we originally booked a room for three adults instead of four adults and one child. The host contacted us promptly, was incredibly understanding, and went above and beyond to help us find a more suitable room within the same property at no extra cost. The flat itself was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay, and the host's kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend this host and their property to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. Thank you for making our trip so wonderful! Cons: There are a couple of things to be aware of. The flat is located right next to a large event venue, which can make the area noisy during events. Additionally, the street leading to the flat may be closed off at times, which could cause minor inconveniences. Another small issue was one of the sofa beds—it was quite hard and not very comfortable to sleep on. We managed to soften it a bit using some of the many extra blankets available, but it was still firm. Despite these points, we had a wonderful stay, and the positives far outweighed any minor issues.
