"Pros: Big room, nice view, charming old building (high walls and nice entrance), enough towels, refrigerator available, WiFi was good too. In general everything was clean (besides the balcony). The security helped me to find my code and the support for my room was REALLY available 24/7. I called them and they answered and helped me really fast. The place is very safe (they have security and cameras), as the police is in every corner of this area, because it is a touristic place. You can go and come any time, it is very close to the metro station and central to the touristic places. Cons: The surroundings had many loud parties and bars with music on the street, but way too loud. Even with the windows closed, I could hear the noise from outside. The air conditioner was very high to turn on (I need to use the chair), they should leave a little ladder for guests. The toilet was small and did loud noises to pump the water. I wouldn't recommend for families and people that don't sleep easily." ~Julia
