"Pros: Convenient location , close to grocery stores , bakeries , restaurants.. Cons: Carpet in living room with lots os stains , apparently dirty and with a strong odor. No ar conditioning in the living room and the ones in the bedroom are too noisy , making it hard to fall asleep . Linen and towels of very poor quality and appeared old ! Check in took over 30min as it was not previously authorized by the owner. Owner also contacted via WhatsApp in inappropriate manners and with poor coordination with the person who was in charge of check in and check out. Complained about not waiting for the check out inspection , however at 1:05PM nobody was present to do so. Had to leave putting the keys underneath the doormat. Overall experience was the worst ever using booking.com ." ~Vitor
