"Pros: The staff. The best quality of the hotel is the service and the staff. Cons: Towels were the worse thing. Rough, thin, small and old towels, not very well washed, not soft, a little bit dark and stained. The hotel definitely needs to change all its towels to new and better ones. The breakfast is also messy and the food gets old and cold after a while." ~Adriana
