"Pros: The location is perfect, a comfortable room, and the staff was friendly. Cons: They could organise better the checkin process, as we had to wait over 1 hour for the room to be ready and long queue waiting at the same time, same for the breakfast, they couldn't manage to replace the food options in order to attend the guests at the busy time." ~Nazario
