"Pros: Reception and shopping on the ground floor are nice, position is great Cons: Everything else. I will only sum up the main problems here: broken chair (dangerous), unprotected sockets (very dangerous, especially for kids), no trace of things which were in the description, like coffee machine or kitchen utensils (not even a pot to heat milk in the microwave). Key was faulty, not working properly, had to call maintenance person to open: he didn't manage either and ended up breaking key in the lock. As a result, a 2 hour wait for locksmiths to come and fix the door. On top of everything, an aggressive attitude from the owner/manager, who would deny evidence and not take responsibility for anything" ~Rafmanna
