"Pros: The location was great. The facilities were good and had a lot of nice amenities. It was very family friendly. The breakfast was also very nice with many options for various dietary preferences. Cons: My only complaint was their onsite restaurant and billing management. We tried to order lunch at their restaurant and they got the orders messed up and two plates never arrived. We asked them to cancel the orders that never arrived. At the end of our stay when we checked out, they had charged us for the dishes and also has a few additional items charged that we didn’t order. I believe they were managing all of these extra charges to room via a whatsapp group text chain with hotel personnel which can lead to a lot of miscommunication and mismanagement. My feedback to management would be to improve this process and for guest to be periodically check you bill throughout the stay just to avoid confuse. We were able to resolve our issues pleasantly with the staff, but it was an uncomfortable situation to address. The burden was on the client to figure out." ~Rachel
