"Pros: We loved our stay at Encantos Do Mata! The staff were all so friendly and accommodating to anything we needed! Jessica spoke perfect English which was really helpful. A comfortable room with really good aircon that was cleaned everyday! The energy of the dogs made our stay even better, especially Francisco!" ~Jack

"Pros: The place is amazing, relaxing, in the middle of nature. It’s spacious and big. The kitchen is nice to cook and the main space to make connexions with people. There is also a place to do stretching/yoga, and a part is devotated to clean our clothes which was really usefull. The team of volunteers was really cool and helpful too :) Cons: The bathroom were not really clean, and as everything is made with wood, we use to be really warm in the rooms. Also we weren’t able to cook after 9:30pm which was sometimes unconvenient. The hostel was a little bit difficult to find for me, also it’s not in the center so take that in consideration" ~Manon

"Pros: We liked the service, the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice to have a pool at the hotel to cool off from the Bahia heat. The breakfast was small but delicious. We loved the tranquility of the hotel. Cons: It was new years, which explains why the price we paid was very high. But even so, we don't feel like we got a lot of value for our money. The breakfast could have had more options. There were some breakfast items that no one ate, like maniok, which could be replaced with something else that many people like, like pao de quejo or more fruit options." ~Jan-philipp
