Cons: The only (minor) complaint I have is it felt like the hotel was taken over by big corporate groups for 2 of the 4 days we stayed, which was a pity as it was very clear that the hotel staff were prioritising them as opposed to families. For example after my 2 year did a fabulous horse riding lesson we had to wait 40mins for the car to pick us up as it was busy with a group(too far to walk with a 2 year old). Another example was at lunch where the hotel manager/events coordinator rudely interrupted a waitress who was bringing water for us telling her the group were the priority (we were waiting 15mins under hot sun for water for our son). If a big group comes in, there should be enough staff to look after everyone, especially as they pitch it as a family resort"
