"Pros: Nice staff, Dona Eva restaurant is fine, the pool is nice, and the ENTRANCE of the hotel is very well located, right in front of the beach - however: Cons: Awful experience. Every single detail made me regret booking this room. Let's start with a brief explanation, for new guests: the Delphin is divided into two parts, the hotel, and flats. The flats are basically old wooden doors in a dark, small, weird corridor in the back of the hotel, managed by another company. The corridor itself is specifically claustrophobic, the lights at night made us feel as inside a prison. The door handle wasn't working properly, I couldn't tell if it was locked or not. Inside, I saw one of the smallest rooms I can recall. Only a bed, no wardrobe, no desk, no chair. Only a bed, with thin blankets. The absence of a desk and a chair was specifically annoying, because we had to put our things on the floor, and because if you are slightly looking for a place to work, write, draw, or anything else inside your room, this is not a place for you. The bathroom was specifically small. I have never seen anything like that. The space between the toilet and the wall was less than 6 inches (15cm). The light inside the bathroom and the bathroom knob weren't working either. The windows are fine, but the view was some kind of construction wall, very uncomfortable and inconvenient. The tv that they have inside the room is old, with only a few channels available for entertainment. The hotel sauna needs some attention. That's because its entrance is especially ugly, dark, and inside a building that looks unfinished. The mattresses that they offer to sit inside the sauna look dirty. The sauna is fine, tho. Then, the hotel entrance has a lobby, and as far as I could see, every single sofa on it is torn. I felt sad in this hotel. Avoid the flats if you can." ~Kika
