"Cons: The hotel is a total fake. The was no hotel at the mentioned location!!! After booking the cash is paid and cannot be returned. The booking was confirmed immediately but after that noone in the property aswered the letters and phone was switched off. The booking.com support is not working at all. After continuous calls and letters to support the operator didn't even start the conversation. I've spent few hours trying to solve the problem and was intended to book another hotel." ~Alexey
