"Pros: Love the setting, location and room. Beautiful view.
Cons: Since the beginning, communicating with the hotel was really hard. They wouldn’t reply, wouldn’t answer the phone and not one of the services we asked the Concierge to set up was done. The transfer from the airport was finally confirmed one day prior to our arrival only when I sent a message through booking.com, even then, they never showed up at the airport. The boat rides that we wanted to do, I had to rely on a taxi driver to ser up for us because they couldn’t schedule it. And when I arrived and asked why it was hard to communicate with them, the reception lady said “we don’t answer the phone.” What?? The physical place is great, but when it comes to getting help for services outside the hotel, even though they sell it as part of the high price we pay, you are on your own."
