"Pros: I liked the cleanliness, impeccable, the fact that air conditioner and shower worked well. I liked being close to Taquaral Park, away from the humdrum of downtown. Cons: I didn't like the fact the "hotel" closes at 22h and only reopens at 7.30am to 11am, when all must leave till it reopens at 14h. This was explained to me by the owner at check-in who is the receptionist as well. I was surprised at the news. Felt I was in a cloister! Fact is, this is no hotel, it's a classic bed & breakfast! Which is ok, except that this should be clear in the booking description. On the contrary: once you reserve there is no possibility of cancelling w/out loosing your $. No umbrella to walk through the parking lot in the rain. Breakfast in the room brought by the owner, again, as it occurs in B&B's. There again, I like the mingling of guests...the cup of coffee was luke warm and the owner mentioned it was a courtesy. Overall, it was all right, I just wish these details would be clear in the presentation on Booking website." ~Danpict
