"Pros: Amazing location right in the middle of the village. Very easy to get to everything. Exceptionally helpful staff. Allowed us to borrow snorkels which was really appreciated. Excellent breakfast. Very charming decoration. Loved loved loved the complimentary coffee and cake put out in the afternoons. Highly recommend! Cons: There aren't enough seats at breakfast. Not exactly the pousada's fault but the private transfer and taxi service booked by the pousada on our behalf left us waiting for 5 hours and 1 hour respectively, which reflects badly on them. Our air conditioning didn't work for 2/4 days, but this was down to a storm on the Island and we were satisfied with the response from the manager." ~Daniel
