"Pros: Location. Friendly staff. Available Breakfast. Fair rate. It’s a 4* Rating accommodation. Cons: Front desk needs to be attentive and OFF their CELL PHONES. I didn’t like the front desk promptness and attentiveness at some basic requests. Had to request toiletries and towels more than twice Bathroom shower stalls unaligned Baseboards and bathroom doors showing water damage I unfortunately saw two small dead bugs on my sheets on two different occasions Room phone not working properly. Tried calling a few services, and instead had to go down to reception. Room service needs to be more thorough when cleaning the rooms as opposed to just taking out trash. Floors need to be mopped." ~Euclides
