"Pros: Very well equipped clean new modern houses. Area is well organized. There is a playground and a lot of toys for kids. Private Jacuzzi (although Sauna is shared). Fireplace in the house and a private fireplace outside. Grilling area. Cons: Not sure why nobody mentioned that, but there are additional charges in this property - you'll have to pay for all electricity AND wood you used (heating house, sauna, jacuzzi, TV, cooking and other), which isn't mentioned anywhere before you actually arrive to the property. In our case we paid additionally around 35 EUR per day, but it can be different depending on your usage (we used sauna and jacuzzi only one evening). Our usual experience was to pay per sauna/jacuzzi usage which is usually mentioned ahead, but I was never charged yet for cooking or watching TV in rental house or wood I used :) Also looks like during cold season, because of both houses being heated and sauna is used - we had electricity cut off 2 times one evening, but we were warned about that possibility and it's easy solvable." ~Dmitry

"Pros: Although not directly at the lake, the location is nice, the property is surrounded by other summer houses in a pine forest, however in comfortable distance to neighbors. Big advantages are: nice, modern furniture, large terrace, a fireplace and jacuzzi. Cons: The stairs were unfortunately too steep and not secure enough for a small child. Curtains were missing in the bedrooms, thus the temperature was too high on sunny days." ~Paulina
