"Pros: We had a wonderful stay here. The owners are very friendly and showed us their beautiful bird sanctuary. Their family dog is also a dote! The accommodation is very well located, we walked to and from the bus station and all around the town. The room was very comfortable, clean and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again when in Sucre! Cons: Nothing, it was fantastic." ~Aoife

"Pros: -Very nice big flat, kitchen was very well equipped, spacious living room, very good wif, comfortable beds. -Location is in the center of Sucre, perfect for visiting the city and around. -Building complex secured with a big gate -Safe neighborhood with lots of options to eat out Cons: -We had to pay an unexpected, extra cleaning fee of 10 USD upon arrival just after cleaning the flat, telling us that in AirBnB there is a cleaning fee... But this is Booking! Alternatively there was the option to cancel it. This was unacceptable, especially after a long trip! This has to be changed or this extra fee shall be stated clearly here in the platform and in advance! -Lots of stairs until the 4th floor and no lift. -Washing machine not working. -Location on Booking.com was wrong. So without having internet we arrived at the wrong place." ~Isabel
