"Cons: I had a confirmed booking and when we arrived at the place which is very hard to reach, we were told they were full and they wrote us to tell us they are full. I never received their mail. And I got a confirmation from you. How is that possible? "Pros: The property is so beautiful with cute animals everywhere. The room is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The location is great, it sits on the hill only 5 minutes walk to the city center. We love the breakfast, Diego made the best breakfast for us every morning, it’s the best we had in South America.
