"Pros: First of all, the host, Mrs K, was fantastic. Super friendly, helpful, caring. I needed a couple extra arrangements due to my travel schedule, which the host accommodated in a very friendly way. Her husband was nice, too. I found myself walking away with a smile after every interaction with them. The single room was compact and well laid out, and had everything I needed. Lots of well thought-out details in the room, like light switches within reach of where you actually need them. Good light in the bathroom. There were power sockets everywhere. Probably for the first time in my life I did not have to struggle where to charge my gadgets. You know the drill, usually there's only one socket, far from any surface you could place your phone on, and there's a lamp plugged into it already. Not here. Everything was clean, new, in good condition. I was surprised how fast the internet connection was. The location could hardly be more convenient. A couple of minutes from the station, some 10-15 minutes from the Museum. The Old Town is a bit out of the way, though, but I had no plans to go there, hence my choice. Normally I don't find time to write reviews but here I made sure i did, as these folks deserve all the business they get, and then some. Cons: The communication over email/messages before the stay (in English) did the job but was rather terse and not representative of the wholesome and heartwarming attitude of the hosts in real life." ~Matus
