Wady: Nie ma takiej rzeczy . Wszystko elegancko i gustownie urządzone i do tego nowe ."

"Zalety: Ładny widok z zastępczych apartamentów. W pierwszym - Bielsko City Center Happy Apartament - ogródek za oknem, piękna łazienka i przytulna sypialnia. Świetna lokalizacja obu zastępczych apartamentów. W drugim apartamencie - Bielsko City Center Apartament - fantastyczna huśtawka.
Wady: Jako że zarezerwowany przez nas apartament Bielsko City Center Soul Apartment był jednak zajęty (o czym dowiedzieliśmy się w trasie, po otrzymaniu potwierdzenia rezerwacji), właściciel zaproponował nam w zamian inny apartament Bielsko City Center Happy Apartament (za ścianą wcześniej potwierdzonego) na jedną noc oraz Bielsko City Center Apartament (ok. 1 km dalej) na drugą noc. Zdjęcia i opisy obu obiektów (linki booking.com przesłane przez właściciela) były ok, więc bez problemu się zgodziliśmy. Na miejscu okazało się jednak, że pierwszy jest chyba w stanie oczekiwania na małe prace przygotowawcze przed przyjęciem gości - mieliśmy wrażenie, że dawno nikt tam nie był - pod koniec marca były ozdoby bożonarodzeniowe, nie działała lampka nocna, a ze ściany w saloniku wystawał niezabezpieczony pęk kabli, co przy pobycie z dziećmi jest dość niebezpieczne. Do spania część rodziny dostała materac gimnastyczny obity sztuczna skórą, czy czymś podobnym, więc trochę się można było spocić. W drugim apartamencie zastaliśmy sypialnię bez okna (!), o czym nigdzie nie było wspomniane. Jako że mieszkanie ma formę kiszki, to powietrze z otwartego okna w salonie nie miało szans dotrzeć do sypialni na drugim końcu mieszkania:(( Skończyło się na nocnych wędrówkach członków rodziny w poszukiwaniu powietrza. Poza tym pościel przygotowana na nasz pobyt była tylko w sypialni - jedna mała kołdra i dwie poduszki. Musieliśmy szukać koców i pościeli dla naszej pozostałej trójki. Pranie pozostawione w pralce też nie dodaje gwiazdek."
