Shower pressure was good and apartment was warm. Location is also good, just a walking distance to the city centre. The host is amazing. "Pros: I have written some 70 reviews, and this one is perhaps the most difficult, I gave it a lot of thought. The location is perfect, the building is new, the apartment is new, the appliances classy, a huge (indeed, huge) TV, very stylish interior, and great value for money. Still, there were some serious problems, because of which 8 is the highest rating I can think of. Cons: 1. The sofa bed is a disaster -- the pullout part has hard edges, the person sleeping on top of it will feel the edges at all times, and the other person kind of slides down, the surface is uneven. Only once have I slept on a bed worse than this one. Perhaps an additional top mattress would help. 2. For 2 persons, we found one large towel (no other towels of any kind) and one large pillow. We have our own towels and even a pillow with us, but this is not normal. Of course, maybe this was just a one-off problem. 3. The AC works, but has some strange noisy cycle, perhaps a pump draining condensate or something like this. The usual white AC noise is from time to time interrupted by loud specific noise, we both kept waking up. 4. The style beats functionality. For example, there are various stylish lamps in the bathroom, but none of them lights your face for shaving, for example. Almost all the lamp switches for the apartment are located on a single switch block, there are some 8 switches, only one of them is for bathroom -- so if you need to use the bathroom at night, better memorize which switch is the right one, otherwise you will light up all the apartment. To sum it up -- even with the great style and excellent value for money, if the sleep quality is poor for more than one reason, the rating cannot be perfect, sorry." ~Lenxx
