This 3-bedroom cottage is peacefully situated, only 15 minutes’ drive from Durbuy. La Tocade includes a spacious garden with a seasonal outdoor pool and a barbecue area. Guests can make use of the sauna and hot tub for an extra charge. The living room at Tocade has a fireplace, a dining table and a seating area with cable TV and a DVD player. A stove, microwave and refrigerator are provided in the kitchen. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Marche-en- Famenne is 11 km away. La Tocade is a 15-minute drive from the Five Nations Golfclub. The centre of Namur is 50 minutes from the cottage by car. Please inform LEscale in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the fixed amount stated in the prepayment conditions is a damage deposit. It is required upon arrival, and will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment on the day of departure. Please note that a late check-in fee of EUR 15 per hour will be charged after 19:00. Please inform La Tocade in case of arrival outside check-in hours. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own. The swimming pool is open from May until September each year. Please note that guests are required to pay a final cleaning fee or clean the accommodation themselves before departure. Please note that the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure. Please note that this property cannot provide an invoice for your stay.
