"Pros: The house is brand-new, it has all facilities you need (well equipped kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower room with a shower, two toilets). It is huge, enough space for six persons. We were just two of us, but we also felt good in the big house. It is clean and well maintained. Check-in and communication with property management team worked also well. Location is great, just three minutes walk from the beach, five minutes walk from a huge supermarket, one minute walk to the train station (train goes to the city center) and half an hour walk to the city center (or eight minutes by car). Cons: We had an issue with hot water for half a day - on the second day the heater system suddenly showed an error and stopped heating the water. We were advised to reset the system using one button (it was Sunday so no other quick support could have been expected), and it worked out. The property management promised to take care about inspection, so I believe this issue won’t repeat anymore." ~Aynisa

"Pros: Nice fresh apartment. Great views. Lovely balcony Cons: Not much, but if i have to mention slight improvement, we had to bring our own baby bed. If you could have one stored (foldable) at your place would be nice touch for the future" ~Witold
