"Pros: Location by the marina and harbour was very central.
Cons: Main complaint is that we were given the impression that there was parking available at the property. This was not the case. Free public parking was available subject to spaces at a nearby public car park which we could not find and nor could the satnav. Ended parking at nearby Indigo parking @ €24 per day which was okay, and very close."

"Pros: I'm not going to lie, everyone has their pros and cons. The pro is the 24/7 attention, they are always there to answer any questions, and not to mention the accommodation or apartment, it is wonderful, it is new and very beautiful..
Cons: now the bad thing, the check-in time was not very good because it was free after 5pm and also the photos they send at the beginning are not completely updated and the location anyone who knows is lost and if you don't know you are lost even more, it was only after several calls and messages that we had that they sent me a Real video, you have to put new (updated) photos and give the video at once instead of the photos, it's much easier. But I still recommend it because it is right next to the Ostend station and the center and beach. I hope to come back soon! ALSO, they make you pay 450 extra in case you break something, which should be requested as such booking and not the company separately."
