"Pros: Location is not far from the city center, promenade, shopping streets. Apartments are spacious, bright and have all necessary equipment. Checking in and out is very easy in the company application (HUSWELL app).
Cons: Apartments heating system is quite noisy and you can hear it the whole night. Lift in the building is tiny. Parking nearby is a problem (garages are very expensive, parking on streets is limited in time). Tip: use EasyPark application for on street parking. Instructions for garbage disposal in HUSWELL app are not shown. I had to dispose garbage myself to the nearest public garbage points (~400 meters away)."
