"Pros: The appartment was modern and well equipped (although missing a toaster and a glove for the oven). The instructions for check-in and check-out are clear. The location and the view are amazing. The pillows and the bed are really comfortable. The welcome set (with coffee capsules, litter bag and washing detergent) is handy and cute. One of the rooms had kids toys which was definitely a plus. Cons: We had to assemble the crib ourselves and it was in the laundry compartment, which was smelling really bad. It was uncomfortable to use it for our baby. The replies in the app chat were slow and nothing was done regarding our complaints (clogged drain in the shower, bad smell in the laundry room). The standard check-in and check-out are at 5pm and 10am respectively, so you almost pay for a day you can't use." ~Cristina
