Residentie Kursaal is set 100 metres from the North Sea and the sandy beach, right next to Casino Kursaal Ostend. This spacious self-catering accommodation comes with a lateral sea view and is located in a pedestrian zone. Fitted with hardwood floors, the apartment is furnished with a living room with a seating area and cable flat-screen TV. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave and oven. The bathroom comes with a bath/shower combination and a wash basin. Within a walking distance from Residentie Kursaal, you can benefit from a variety of restaurants, tearooms, shops and supermarkets. The city centre is 1 km and the nearest coast tram stop is 240 metres away. From here, you can travel to other cities on the coastline, including Knokke and De Panne. The Mercator Marina is a 9-minute walk from Residentie Kursaal.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Please inform Residentie Kursaal in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The reservation deposit can be paid by bank wire or Paypal. To secure your reservation a deposit of 30% is required if the arrival date is more than 6 weeks after booking. The balance (70%) has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If arrival is within 6 weeks after booking, the full amount must be paid. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
