"Pros: Large living area with dining space and great light during the day Cons: - 3rd ‘bedroom’ is a small windowless room, kids had to be careful not to hurt themselves on tap poking out of the wall. Would not recommend this room for anyone but older children. - whole apartment is quite dated in its decor and fittings, which isn’t immediately obvious from the pictures. The price felt very high bearing this in mind - Parking info was completely lacking, we eventually figured it out based on the picture but there is zero guidance to help guests. Even outside parking was unclear which resulted in us having to pay for parking at the next door hospital. -Front door to the apartment was not numbered as per instructions, nor were the instructions fully clear how to get into the mail box to access keys which resulted in some anxious moments. - Huswell as a property manager seem to want to upsell on many things - early check in, late check out, rubbish, cleaning etc. Excessive amount of info requested and comms felt intrusive at times. For example chasing for check out details that had already been provided. I just wanted to enjoy the last day of my holiday not respond to chiding emails! Left a sour taste as seemed they only cared about opportunities to make more money rather than help when guests need it, eg parking guidance!" ~Jen

"Pros: The location was ideal for the beachfront and for the nearby tram stop. Car parking easy and on site. Apartment was very modern and well equipped. Host Martin met us on arrival, having already sent us helpful tips and messages previously - greatly appreciated. Lovely views of the beach, sea and evening sunsets! Cons: It was quite a task to sort out the deposit payment of 200 euros in advance (and then to account for exchange rate difference on refund of same)!" ~Jennifer
