"Pros: Very beatiful house, very large and confortable. Very nice location, outside Ostende but very near to the beach.
Cons: The windows of one of the room (the one without store...) are directly in front of a pubblic light, so it's absolutely impossible to sleep... (in the room are provided the sleeping mask, but it's not indicated that without these is impossible to sleep). In our case was even worse because the lamp was blinking... the host tried to immediately solve with the electric company but during the week end was impossible, so 2 days on 3 were a nightmare (and the host refused to recognize a discount saying that is a "force majeur" event).
In the description are indicated 3 salle de bain, in reality the furniture (located in 3 bathroom) are in total 1 wc, 1 shower, 1 bathtub, 1 normal sink, 2 mini sink, so with 3 kids not exactly confortable...
The host prentend a caution of 600€ (not mentioned on the site) and at the restitution time with us the host pretend that we scratch the induction cooking, but at the end they rembourse us all."

"Pros: the only advantage was the location, 5 minutes to the beach
Cons: we paid a lot of money for this apartment and unfortunately only minuses, first of all we agreed that we would be there between 13-14, the apartment was not cleaned yet and we had to wait two hours, WARNING! no door in the bathroom, on the second floor there are 3 supposedly rooms and one open bathroom with a toilet (disgusting), additionally you can't sleep because it's so hot, no air conditioning. WARNING also don't drink alcohol in this apartment and don't take children with you because the stairs have no railing and you can fall down! the neighbors are horrible, they threw garbage under our door thinking it was ours, in the evening you can't sit in the garden and talk because the neighbors will shut you up, in general I don't recommend this place"
