Cons: This property is managed by a company that requires guests to register personal data separately with their reservation app, a lengthy and tiresome process that seems superfluous given that we already gave all our data to booking.com. Very inconvenient set up!"

"Pros: We were in the very spacious room for a family of 4. We had a terrace overlooking the seaside (tram line and promenade).
For the price and for Belgium, we found the breakfast very nice. One can have bacon, eggs, pancakes, variety of cold cuts and cereals, yoghurts, fruits, jams, etc.
The pool, although a bit cold and on the small side, is an added value when travelling with kids.
Cons: The beds were not comfortable- mattress too soft- but this is very personal.
Front desk staff wasn't particularly nice and welcoming, but not too bad either.
The hallways, elevators and common areas seem a bit dates but they seem to be renovating."
